2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for project execution.

  • Make payments as per agreed schedules.

  • Review and approve content/designs promptly to avoid delays.

  • Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe upon third-party rights or contain unlawful content.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made as per the proposal or invoice shared.

  • Work on any project will begin only after receiving the initial deposit or full payment (as mutually agreed).

  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

  • No refunds will be provided once the work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared by the client will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing agreed services.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All custom content, designs, and marketing material developed by us for the client remain the property of the client upon full payment.

  • Nexus Media Tech Solution reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver quality results but do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (such as top search engine rankings or a specific number of leads). We shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of data, profits, or business arising from the use of our services.

7. Third-Party Services

Some of our services may involve the use of third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, hosting providers). We are not liable for issues or downtime caused by these platforms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by giving [14] days’ written notice. Upon termination:

  • All work completed will be delivered to the client.

  • Any outstanding invoices must be paid in full.

  • Any unused retainer fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Rajasthan, India], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
